Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photographs of the damage when contacting us.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Please ensure all custom specifications are correct before confirming your order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
